In Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, Captain James T. Kirk's shore leave is interrupted when the Enterprise is called into action. A renegade Vulcan named Sybok soon takes control of the starship and leads Kirk, Spock, McCoy and the crew on an extraordinary journey toward the centre of the galaxy in search of one of the universe's greatest mysteries.

Directed by William Shatner, who also stars as Captain Kirk, the film reunites Leonard Nimoy as Spock and DeForest Kelley as Dr. McCoy alongside James Doohan, Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols and George Takei.

This copy is the Special Edition Widescreen Collection DVD release and includes its original Special Edition outer slipcase, distinguishing it from the standard Widescreen Collection release.
